Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Onion (50 gram)
- Mayonnaise (20 gram)
- Egg (6 unit)
- Lemon (1 squeeze)
- Potato (200 gram)
Method
- Slice the onions.
- Slice the potatoes about 1cm thick.
- Beat the eggs with salt and let it rest.
- Fry the onions and potatoes with salt in olive oil until they after soft and slightly charred.
- Pour the onions and potatoes into the eggs and let the soak for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a pan. Check frequently.
- Make the aioli; make a garlic paste, mix in with the mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon and salt.
- Flip the omlette using a plate.
- Serve with a kale salad.
