- Cabbage can be substituted for kale or similar.
Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Sardines (1 tin)
- Parsley (1 handful)
- Lemon (1 unit)
- Chilli (1 unit)
- Linguine (125 gram)
- Cabbage (1 handful)
Method
- Slice the garlic, chillies & cabbage.
- Debone the sardines and chunk them up.
- Fry the garlic, chillies and cabbage in the olive oil from the sardine tins on a medium-high heat, and add salt.
- Boil the linguine.
- Combine everything into one pan, and some lemon juice.
- Gently stir off the heat to thicken the sauce.
- Serve with lemon zest & parsley.
