Ingredients
- Feta (200 gram)
- Puff pastry (320 gram)
- Pepper (1 unit)
- Courgette (1 unit)
- Pesto (4 dollop)
Method
- Get the pastry out of the fridge & preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Thinly slice the courgette & salt.
- Chunk up the peppers.
- Unroll the pastry.
- Assemble all the ingredients on top of the pastry & bake.
- Check after 10-15 minutes.
