Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Onion (1 unit)
- Butter (1 dollop)
- Olive oil (1 glug)
- Parmesan (1 handful)
- Mushroom (125 gram)
- Stock (120 millilitre)
- Arborio rice (60 gram)
Method
- Finely dice the onion and garlic and fry them in the olive oil and butter.
- Slice the mushrooms, add to the pan once the onions have softened.
- Add the rice and coat in the oil.
- Ladle in the stock until mostly absorbed. Continue until the rice is cooked.
- Serve with grated parmesan and black pepper.
