Ingredients
- Olive oil (1 glug)
- Pitta (1 unit)
- Houmous (1 dollop)
- Egg (2 unit)
- Yoghurt (1 dollop)
Method
- Fry the eggs in olive oil, add salt and any spices.
- Toast the pitta.
- Spread the homous and yogurt inside.
- Once the eggs are nearly done, flip them for 5 seconds.
- Slide the eggs inside the pitta.
